Before you ask

Will they know I watched their story?

No. StoryFetcher loads stories without your Instagram account, so your name never appears in their list of viewers.

Can I see stories from a private account?

No. Only public accounts work. A site that promises private stories is either fake or after your login, so never give it one.

A download said the link expired. Why?

Instagram’s file links only last a few hours. Search the account again and you’ll get fresh ones.

Why does a search sometimes take a while?

Each search asks Instagram for the latest stories. When it is slow we wait up to 40 seconds and retry once for you.

Is it free?

Yes. There is no sign-up. If you search very fast we ask you to pause for a moment.

Do you keep the stories I view?

No. StoryFetcher doesn’t save the stories you view or download, and it doesn’t keep a list of the accounts you look up.
